Ingredients
  • 1sheet puff pastry
  • 2Tb dijon mustard
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1 1/2cups chopped, leftover ham
  • 10slices Swiss cheese
  • 1jar seedless raspberry jammelted down in a sauce pan
  • 1egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine the dijon mustard and honey.
  2. Unroll the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the mixture over it.
  3. Place 6 of the 10 slices of cheese on the puff pastry (you may need to cut 2 of the slices to fit the entire sheet. See photo for reference!)
  4. Sprinkle your chopped ham on top of the first layer of cheese. Then, place the remaining 4 pieces of cheese on top of the ham. Roll the completed puff pastry lengthwise and seam-side down.
  5. Whisk the egg and brush the top of the rolled product with that egg wash. Place in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Melt raspberry jam in a saucepan. After baking, allow the roll to cool before spreading the melted raspberry jam on top. Add a sprinkle of powdered sugar for a beautiful presentation! Slice and serve.
