Ingredients

  • 115 oz can cannellini beansdrained and rinsed
  • 1/4cup tahini
  • 1.5teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1/4cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4cup pomegranate arils
  • 5Tb fresh lemon juice
  • 1tsp kosher saltplus more to taste
  • 1/4cup pomegranate arils
Instructions
  1. Pulse the garlic in a food processor and add beans, tahini, lemon juice, coriander and 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Pulse until smooth, scraping the bowl occasionally. With the machine running, add the olive oil. Season to taste with additional kosher salt.
