Paleo Cauliflower Fried Rice
An authentic tasting fried rice recipe with all of the flavor of this Chinese comfort food, without all the heavy carbs. Cauliflower is the star!

  • 4cups cauliflowerriced in the food processor
  • 1cup frozen edamameor frozen green peas
  • 1/2cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2cup broccolismall florets chopped
  • 1 red chilediced
  • 2cloves garlic minced
  • 1Tb fresh ginger
  • 1/2cup Bone BrothPacific Foods
  • 2 eggs
  • 2Tb sesame oil
  • 4Tb Tamarior soy sauce
  • 1tsp chili garlic sauceheaping teaspoon!
  • 1/2cup scallions
  • 1/2cup cashews
  • 1tsp sesame seeds
  1. In a food processor, pulse cauliflower until it’s diced into pieces resembling rice.
  2. In a large frying pan, saute garlic, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli and chili with sesame oil for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add edamame, ginger, Tamari, chili garlic sauce and Bone Broth. Continue to simmer for 5-7 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Create a well in the center of your skillet and 2 whisked eggs. Stir gently and let simmer until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes.
  5. Top with green onions, cashews, sesame seeds and another drizzle of sesame oil if desired.
