Bacon Wrapped Pickle Poppers
Y’all have heard of Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers, right?  Well, meet her sister– the juicier, brinier (maybe not hotter, LOL) but definitely more popular, once you take a bite….Bacon Wrapped (Cheese Stuffed) Pickle Poppers.  Did I mention CHEESE STUFFED?  Um, yeah.  This is legit tailgating, party food.

Ingredients
  • 6 Dill Picklesslice in half lengthwise
  • 8oz Cream Cheesefull fat
  • 2Tb RanchHidden Valley Packet
  • 1/2cup shredded cheddar
  • 12slices baconthick cut (Smithfield or Farmland)
Instructions
  1. Slice large dill pickles in half lengthwise. Scoop out middle of each pickle half.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese with ranch and shredded cheddar.
  3. Spoon cheese mixture into dill pickle halves. Do not overfill. Spooning enough to fill the insides is perfect.
  4. Wrap each stuffed pickle with thick cut bacon.
  5. If grilling: Place directly on smoker grate and set temp to 350°. Bake for 30-40 minutes until you have the desired doneness with your bacon. If cooking in oven: Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350° until you have the desired doneness with your bacon. Turn over in oven once after 15 minutes.
