The Best Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside chocolate chip cookies. All of the delish, none of the gluten!

Ingredients
  • 1cup buttersoftened (I used salted butter)
  • 1cup white sugar
  • 1cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tb vanilla extract
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 3cups gluten free flourBob’s Red Mill
  • 2cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add in eggs one at a time and then add vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, salt until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto parchment paper or a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are slightly browned.
