A light and fresh caprese salad that you can also put on skewers with an earthy, balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
1/2cupcherry tomatoeshalved or quartered
3/4cupfresh mozzarellaquarter mozzarella balls if you are using them
3/4cupfresh basilloosely chopped
2Tbbalsamic glazedrizzled on salad at end (I used Bertolli brand)
2Tbolive oildrizzled on salad at end

Instructions
Chop tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil and toss together. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze on top. Sprinkle with a pinch of kosher salt.
If using mini skewers, keep cherry tomatoes whole and alternate between mozzarella, tomatoes and basil on skewer. Serve with balsamic glaze on side.
