Ingredients
For the sea bass
4sea bass filets
2Tbharissa spice
1tspbrown sugar
For the Basil Avocado Sauce
2ripe avocados
2garlic clovesgarlic cloves
1/2tspkosher salt
1/2cupfresh basil
1tspagave or honey
squeeze of fresh lime
Instructions
For the sea bass
Preheat oven to 450
Combine harissa spice blend with brown sugar and coat tops of sea bass filets.
Cook on parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet for 18-20 minutes
For the Basil Avocado Sauce
Put all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning with more salt or agave/honey according to taste preference. You can even add a jalapeno if you want more heat!
Serve sea bass on a bed of the basil avocado sauce.
